These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the Rosterra website and platform. By using Rosterra, you agree to these terms.

The service

Rosterra provides management software for activity businesses, including roster, attendance, billing, events, communications, and progression tracking. We may update, improve, or change features over time as the platform develops.

Accounts & eligibility

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information in your account, for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials, and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must be authorized to act on behalf of the business you register.

Subscriptions & billing

  • Plans are billed monthly per location. Fees are stated on our pricing page.
  • Payments from your customers are processed through your own connected payment account. Rosterra is not the merchant of record.
  • You may cancel at any time. Subscriptions are not refundable for the current billing period unless required by law.

Customer data

You retain ownership of all data you and your members put into Rosterra. You grant us the limited rights needed to host and operate the service on your behalf. You are responsible for obtaining any consents required to collect and process your members’ data.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service, including attempting to access other organizations’ data, disrupting the platform, or using it for unlawful purposes.

Availability & warranties

We work hard to keep Rosterra available and reliable, but the service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rosterra is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the service evolves. Material changes will be communicated, and continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
