For swim schools
Swim school software built around stages and lesson blocks.
Make-ups eat the timetable, the waitlist lives on a clipboard, and the only record of who is ready for the next stage is on a laminated sheet by the pool. Rosterra keeps all three on the deck and in the parents' pockets.
14 days, no card required. The console opens speaking stages and swimmers, not belts and students.

Sound familiar?
What running a swim school actually costs you
None of this is a software problem until the software makes it one. These are the four that come up on every call.
Make-up lessons are promised verbally and tracked nowhere.
The waitlist for the popular 4pm slot is a clipboard.
Stage sign-off depends on which instructor covered the lesson.
Parents ask when their child moves up, every single week.
Your words
A console that says stages, not belts
Stages with the skills that clear them underneath, named however your school names them. Sign-off happens on the deck, by the instructor who watched the swim.

What you get
Built for how a swim school actually runs
One system for the roster, the progression, the schedule and the money. Not four.
Stage sign-off on the deck
Each stage carries its skill list. Instructors tick skills from a phone between lessons, so a covering instructor sees exactly where a swimmer got to.
Make-up credits that are actually tracked
A missed lesson can bank a credit with an expiry, and families book the make-up themselves into a class with room. The promise and the record are the same thing.
Waitlists on full lessons
When the 4pm is full, families join the waitlist from the portal instead of the clipboard, and the desk sees the queue in order.
Blocks or rolling enrolment, either way
Bill a term block or a rolling monthly fee, start a swimmer mid-block with a prorated first period, and keep sibling discounts applying across both.
Progress parents can see
Skills cleared, stage, attendance and balance in the parent app. The weekly question at the pool gate answers itself.
Questions
Swim school questions we get asked
Yes. An absence can bank a make-up credit with an expiry date, and the family books it into a lesson with space from the portal. Staff can cap how far ahead make-ups may be booked.
